Rules of the Dojang
- Show respect to your dojang.
- Always bow when entering or leaving the workout area.
- Put trash in its proper place.
- Do not leave sparring gear.
- Do not walk on the workout area with shoes.
- Show respect to instructors and black belts by bowing to them upon
entering the dojang.
- Say "sir" or "mam" when addressed by your instructor or by another black
belt.
- No horse-play (running or wrestling, playing tag, etc...) before, during
or after class.
- No sparring before or after class unless supervised by an instructor.
- Always respect fellow students by observing the following:
- Use control in sparring and one-steps.
- Never laugh or make fun of a fellow student.
- Never display a bad temper toward a fellow student.
- No foul language is allowed or tolerated in this school.
- Always wear a clean dobok (uniform) and keep finger nails & toe nails
trimmed.
- Always bring ranking belt and sparring gear to class.
- No candy, chewing gum, food or drinks on the workout area.
- No jewelry (watches, chains, rings, etc...) while working out.
